Shipping & Returns

• We aim to ship products within 7 days of order. Some products may take longer if we don't have them in our stock.
• Some of our products are rare and difficult to get and the delivery might take far more time or the production might have stopped.
• If a product is not available and there will be no restock we will contact the customer to find a replacement or to update the total to match the delivery.
• We ship to Finland with a flat rate and use the best way suitable. Orders by COD will have 3,35<80> added. Orders under 25<80> will not be send by COD. Orders over 300<80> will be delivered freight free to Finland (unless note on the product). Delivery to other countries according to pricing of the carrier. Minimum shipping fee 10<80>.
• In case of changing or returning an item the receipt followed in delivery has to be presented.
• Customers under 18 need an approval from their guardian for their order.
• Prices in the catalog include VAT 22%.

Returning

• Any return of a product must be done in 7 days of receiving the delivery. Returned products must be unused and packages must be unharmed. Check the condition when receiving the goods with the representative of the carrier. We don't accept returns after usage of products. Contact us about the returning beforehand by phone, e-mail or contact form on our web page. Include product number, your contact information and reason for returning to the message.
• Expenses of returning are responsibility of customer and the return must be sent as a normal package. We don't claim unpaid shipments. If the return is a reason of faulty shipment or product we will refund expenses from returning.

Damages during shipping

• Packages might be damaged during shipment. Check the condition of the package when receiving it with the carrier present. If the packages and the products are damaged report the damage immediately to the carries (postal service, etc...). Then contact us by phone, e-mail or via contact form to get a replacement.
